We’ve made it easier for guests to follow curated experiences by introducing support for sharable itineraries. Previously, there was no way to guide guests through a planned route in the app, which made it harder to promote recommended journeys or highlight key experiences in a specific order.

Now, operators can create itineraries made up of a sequence of POIs and generate a deep link for each one. These links can be shared directly or embedded in QR codes around the venue, allowing guests to instantly add the full itinerary to their plan with a tap or scan.

This helps guests navigate the venue step by step, reduces decision fatigue, and ensures important experiences are seen in context.
